WELLNESS TRAINING
AT PROJECT 44
What is Longevity Training?
Many of us spend hours working out, but how do we know if what we are doing is really benefiting our bodies? Could the way we are working out actually be wearing out our joints or damaging soft tissue? Have our past workouts brought on injury, pain, or other negative effects? Are hours of running and lifting heavy weights really the best way to help us achieve our goals? How is the way we are exercising now going to affect us as we age? If we don't workout now, how will this affect our bodies in the long run?
At Longevity Wellness Training, we answer all of these questions! It is our goal to help you understand what your body needs in order to achieve all of your personal goals.
Is your goal to be in the best shape possible? Are you recovering from an injury? Do you want to keep your body looking and feeling as young as possible? Is minimizing pain something you think isn't attainable? Do you want to improve your balance so that you can move around with stability and confidence? What are your aspirations for when you are 80 years old? Or do you simply want to stay fit without having to spend hours in the gym? If any of these goals sound like things you would like to attain, Longevity Wellness Training at Project 44 is just what you need.
At Longevity Wellness Training, it is our mission to help you maximize your physical functionality along with improving your quality of life and enabling you to live a healthy and active life. Our three-step program will help to improve your balance, build practical strength, increase your cardiovascular fitness, and enhance your mobility, enabling your body to function at peak levels permanently. No matter how old or young, and regardless of your athleticism, hobbies, or goal, we are here to improve your physical well-being so that you can remain healthy and happy for the long-term.
How Longevity Wellness Training Started
Longevity Wellness Training began when three people realized they had the same passion for the wellness of others and three crucial skills needed to attain this wellness. Dr. Jamie Teumer with his skills as an emergency physician, Dr. John Zapanta with his skills as a physical therapist, and Vivian Teumer with her skills as a fitness trainer combine to pursue their passion for sharing wellness with all people, making high-quality and highly functional function an attainable goal for each person they treat.
Learn more about how our rehabilitation and strength programs at Longevity Wellness Training are highly individualized and tailored specifically to each person. We do not believe in the effectiveness of "cookie-cutter" programs, since every body is different. This is why we will put as much time as necessary into making sure that you are properly evaluated, rehabilitated, and strengthened.
